DARE TO EQUITY SHARE – OWN ONE RATHER THAN NONE

The Equity Share Program is designed to educate and help Marshall Reddick Network Members build wealth by investing in real estate with one or more partners. Equity Sharing between educated and cooperative partners can make dreams of real estate ownership turn into reality. Marshall says “owning 50% of something is better than 100% of nothing”. If you have challenged credit or little cash, Equity Sharing may be your best option to get started.

This program is for Network Members with different financial needs;
1) those who have good credit but limited or no cash,
2) those who have cash but cannot qualify for a loan,
3) those who have both cash and credit to be able to purchase more properties, or
4) those who have existing rental properties and want to share the equity, income, and expenses using an equity share agreement with one or more partners.

Through this educational program, you will learn the fundamentals of purchasing properties and how to create various strategies to equity share. You will also have the opportunity to meet other members who may be potential equity share partners.
