We teach real estate seminars at many colleges, and some universities as well as a few adult schools in California. Most of these are in Southern California with about half a dozen in the San Francisco bay area. In 2006 more than 3,850 people attended our classes, making them among the most popular seminars at these schools.

This all began in the 1970s when Dr. Reddick was encouraged by his friends to share how he was able to be so successful in real estate. Since he was already a college teacher, it was natural for him to go on to create and teach his seminars for continuing education departments in the Southern California community colleges. Today he has eight other instructors teaching these seminars. We now offer eleven different seminars and a few more are being developed for the future.
