Are you new to the world of real estate purchasing? Or have you bought a few properties already and feel you just need to get a system for keeping the paperwork organized? Or perhaps you’re an experienced purchaser who’s ready to take the plunge into full-time real estate, and need help figuring out a comprehensive strategy. In any of these cases, we have events and programs designed to get you the help you need.

A great way to begin is by attending one of our Club meetings. These take place every Monday through Thursday evening (except holidays), and begin with a free mentoring period, followed by a talk on the particular real estate topic of the month, as well as presentations from agents with actual properties to sell. These meetings are great for those who have some idea of what real estate purchasing is all about, and are ready to buy. All Club meetings feature a free buffet meal.

Another good introduction is provided by our all-day Seminars, which take place on the weekends at Community Colleges around Southern California. Several topics are presented at the various locations every month, and many seminars are followed by tours of local properties. Call the school to register.

Feel like you need more information or guidance? One of our Mentoring meetings is probably for you. You are invited to attend one of our regularly-scheduled “How to Get Started” Post-club meetings, where a Network-trained mentor is available to answer any questions you may have.

We also offer a wide variety of educational classes on all subjects having to do with real estate, from choosing the type of loan that is perfect for you, to minimizing your taxes or arranging for 1031 Exchanges. Maybe you feel you need an overall “financial checkup” before you begin purchasing (or if you’ve already bought several properties but would like to buy more!), or you’re preparing for retirement, or are thinking about purchasing commercial real estate? We cover all these topics, and more! Look for the classes and seminars that take place at our Learning Center in Irvine.

Maybe you’re ready to start buying? We’ve got you covered there, as well. In addition to our regular Club meetings, we host many purchasing receptions and events throughout the year, including our popular “Super Weekend.” At these events, you can purchase real estate from agents and representatives from all over the U.S.

Marshall believes that spirituality is one of life’s most important components. He hosts a monthly “Spirituality Breakfast” at which he shares his insights into how spirituality has enriched his life. Join him at one of three locations in Irvine, Pasadena, or the San Fernando Valley.
