3. In less than 4 years, we have 9 rental houses and 6 more under construction…worth in excess of $4 million.
In the year 2000, we retired from corporate life and were living on a combined Social Security, a small pension and profits from the stock market. Then in 2001, I turned 65 and our retirement turned to shambles due to the stock market crash. In 2002, I began taking a series of real estate classes. I eventually found Marshall Reddick and remember kidding with the people at the door, “I expect this class to make me a millionaire”. His presentation was the first one to really make sense to me. “This was something I could really do, not just dream about”. We, now in less than in four years, have 9 rental houses and 6 more under construction. The values of these are in excess of $4 million. We are financially free, pay zero income taxes and finally feel in control of your lives. And, oh yes, our net worth is now over $1million.

4. I am now looking for my 6th property and feel blessed to have Marshall in my corner.
After many years of marriage, scores of fixed up houses and almost as many children, I found myself single again and all of my property in the hands of other people. 5. I have bought 20 properties through the network and can attest that they have made a dramatic difference in my life.
I met Marshall about five years ago in a real estate investment club meeting in west Los Angeles. I found out that Marshall has a very systematic approach to accumulate wealth. Basically, you buy properties and hold for a few years. After the properties have gained sizeable appreciation, you pull out the equity by doing a cash-out refinance and repeat the process. And you can do this part time without quitting your job. Marshall has simplified the process so all it takes is clicking the house on the website, adding it to the cart and checking out. If I were to go at it myself, I probably wouldn’t have bought any property out of state. I’m able to diversify and invest in areas that I wouldn’t have otherwise. 7. The sky’s the limit!
I started taking classes in June 2005. I didn’t think my credit would be good enough. I took the $4,000 class, the Financial Check-up, the Fast Track. The information on an area’s stability, economic growth, appreciation…to go and research areas that we don’t have time to fly to ourselves…and to share that information with us and give us the opportunity to increase our real estate portfolio? 10. The Network showed me how.
I had two properties for ten or fifteen years in California before I met the network. I knew buying property was the right thing to do, I just didn’t know how to do it. The network showed me how. 11. The content of what we’re learning and seeing here is great. We’re buying properties. We feel delighted we found Super Weekend.
We stumbled onto the network two weeks ago. Just found it to be fantastic. We’d been going to other guru seminars and found there’s a lot of motivation and inspiration, but not really much in the way of hands on…you know, ‘Here’s the property. Here’s the deal’. The value is exceptional. The content of what we’re learning and seeing here is great. We’re buying properties. We feel delighted we found Super Weekend. 12. Before the first club meeting, I was intending to work at my job a lot longer.
Deena – We’ve been wanting to buy property for the last several years, just didn’t know how to go about it. Marshall Reddick was exactly what we’d been looking for. Somebody who’d kind of guide us through the process (of buying) out of state. We own property in California already, but we wanted to improve our portfolio.
We were both realtors years ago and so always had a passion for real estate. I got out of it to have a child, and then to own my own business. He (indicating her husband, Dan) is a teacher. One of my associates told me about Marshall Reddick.

Dan – Before the first club meeting, I was intending to work at my job a lot longer. As soon as we went to the first club meeting, I knew I was going to retire a lot sooner than I’d planned. And that’s a great feeling, to know you can retire early and not have to work beyond what you really want to. This is going to be part of our financial future from now on. And, hopefully, part of our daughter’s. We bought three properties today, and feel really good about that. We bought in good areas and feel real good about the properties we bought. I’ve bought other real estate seminars, and this and that…and never even considered or was able to buy a property through any of those other systems. Through the Marshall Reddick network it’s a snap. We’re here today to accumulate wealth and help our other family members. We’ve been interested in real estate since ’94. We have accumulated some properties but it’s real hard to try to gather everything on your own. What we like about Marshall Reddick is, it’s a one-stop shop. We went to the seminars, and it’s like, “Voila! Everything is there.

I went to a club meeting two months ago and got all excited and wanted to buy two the next day, but chickened out. But I started getting emails and heard about Super Weekend. Just hearing the speakers…all the research and everyone saying “Don’t be sacred. Just do it.” Marshall and Tom say, “Nobody ever regrets buying their first home.
In response to the question, ‘What does your future hold?’: Financial freedom, hopefully retirement in the next 10 years. Also I love my parents and they don’t have a lot of retirement and I want to be there for them, to be able to give back to them.

15. The Marshall Reddick folks are great!
Super Weekend has been so much fun! I could not wait to buy real estate! I bought my first property in Scottsdale, AZ. It’s just beautiful, and already rented. Then I bought a beautiful home in Texas; then a cute little beach cottage, already rented, in Florida. Now I have another in escrow in Port St. Lucie.
The Marshall Reddick folks are great! All you need to do is pick up the phone, or ask someone at a meeting. They’re very supportive.

16. Our credit has improved significantly and we now get the best loans.
My husband and I started with the network a little over two years ago. We were recovering from a bankruptcy two years prior and didn’t have any savings either. After coming to the club meetings for several months, we got over our fear and decided to find a creative way to buy property. The first two were equity shares and the next two were an equity share with my best friend. We had the investing bug and just kept going. It is now two years after we purchased our first property and have 13 properties in seven states. Our credit has improved significantly and now we get the best loans. We were also extremely happy this year at tax time when we got money back from the federal and the state [income taxes]. We are in our 50’s and started late in life planning for our financial future. I am so grateful we met Marshall and took these actions. I feel so much more secure about our financial future and success.

17. we’re glad we have the network now to keep us clear on how to get things done right!
We’ve joined the network in September ’05, looking to accelerate our holdings. We purchased two properties at Super Weekend. We got started late in saving for retirement and needed to get there quickly. The traditional way of investing, with stocks and bonds, was too slow.
We had purchased two homes on our own before we purchased from the network in November of ’05. But we realized through network education that we’d done everything the wrong way! So we’re glad we have the network now to keep us clear on how to get things done right! We’ll be back. We’re never going to stop buying. It’s too easy!
